There are a plethora of benefits associated with regular, daily physical exercise. BUT, not just for our physical body {musculoskeletal system}. For it benefits our entire body, every organ, and every cell and that includes our mind. Why? Simply because "WE" are an organic and natural organism where everything is interconnected and thus, there is no separation, everything, every cell is interconnected;
